Duties:     Assistant will work on the school farm and will serve in both labor and supervisory roles. Applicant will model the gospel through leading students in daily farm tasks and interacting with community members through the farm stand. The right person will be young at heart, mission minded, enthusiastic about farming, be self motivated, enjoy working with teenagers, and be able to develop leadership skills.

Duties include: soil prep, planting, daily crop care & irrigation, harvest, wash & pack, stocking farm stand, preservation, equipment operation, laying hen care, etc. as designated by program director.
Supervising, instructing, and mentoring student labor.
Other agriculture program and institutional duties as specified by Ag Director, Vice Principal and/or Principal.
