Duties:     The volunteer is expected to:
1. Work under the direction of the head dean supervising the spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, and social care of the boys.
2. Implement school and dorm policies as outlined in the school handbook
3. Be on duty scheduled days, evenings, and weekends
4. Manage student workers (janitors, desk workers, and resident assistants)
5. Supervise evening study halls and other various activities
6. Assist the residents with problems and social interactions with one another
7. Other duties may be assigned by the administration on an as-needed basis, including assisting in cafeteria activities
