Duties:     The volunteer is expected to: 1. Work under the direction of the head dean supervising the spiritual, academic, physical, emotional, and social care of the boys. 2. Implement school and dorm policies as outlined in the school handbook 3. Be on duty scheduled days, evenings, and weekends 4. Manage student workers (janitors, desk workers, and resident assistants) 5. Supervise evening study halls and other various activities 6. Assist the residents with problems and social interactions with one another 7. Other duties may be assigned by the administration on an as-needed basis, including assisting in cafeteria activities

Experience Required:   Students majoring in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Theology, and related fields are preferred. Good communication skills Experience working with teens Experience with boarding schools Flexibility Organization Punctuality Languages:  English(Average) Required

Minimum Education Preferred:  1 Year College/Univ Concentration: Students majoring in Education, Psychology, Social Work, and related areas are preferred Trade/Skills: While many tasks are general day-to-day things, the applicant should be capable of handling medical or emotional emergencies, until experienced help arrives. The applicant must have good judgment and conflict management skills. They must display strong interpersonal skills. Most importantly, a strong and growing relationship with God should be evident.
